Delivery Time:
- Your order will usually be shipped within 2-5 working days after receipt of the order, provided that no other information is stored on the product page and the item is available. If there are products coming in, the delivery time is approx. 4-8 working days. If you have ordered several products and a product is not in stock, we will only send the goods when the order can be sent in full. For a partial shipment, please contact us at service@dogs-inn.de. If the goods you have ordered are no longer available, we reserve the right to cancel your order. We will of course inform you about this.
- All offers in our online shop are subject to change and non-binding. Our order confirmations are always made subject to availability. If individual items are not in stock at the time of order or require a delivery time, e.g. in the case of custom-made or personalized collars, we will inform you immediately of the new delivery date.
- If goods you have ordered are no longer available, we reserve the right to cancel your order. We will of course inform you about this.

National:
We calculate a shipping cost for postage and packaging of 5.90 € or 18.95 € for dog beds within Germany for parcels that can be delivered by DPD. We charge an island surcharge for the islands.
This does not include furniture such as dog beds, dog sofas, dog couch. Due to their size, these can often only be delivered by freight forwarders. Please inquire the respective transport costs.
